Can I change my choices before paying?
Yes. Use Change beside your postcode, date or session to get an updated quote. Checking a price does not reserve a start time.
How much do I pay now?
Your deposit is 50% of the full price, including any extra travel. The quote shows your package, travel, total, deposit and balance separately. The balance is due before the party starts.
When is my party confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed once your deposit is verified and your time is secured. Keep your on-screen booking reference. If you have paid and need help with confirmation, a receipt or an invoice, contact the team.
Paid but no confirmation email?
Do not make another booking or pay a second deposit. Keep your booking reference and check your spam or junk folder for “Your Game On booking is confirmed”. If it is missing, email Game On or call 07950 834944 with your party date and booking reference so we can check it.
A Stripe payment receipt and a Game On booking confirmation are separate messages.
