How many people can play?
Up to 10 players can play together. Tell us your group’s ages and preferred games so we can discuss suitability.
Which consoles and games are available?
The van has PS5 and Xbox Series X consoles. Explore the game lineup on The van page, then confirm specific editions, modes, age suitability and availability with the team.
Do we need to provide electricity or Wi-Fi?
No. The van has self-contained power and Starlink internet. You do not need to supply household electricity or Wi-Fi.
How much does a party cost?
Mon–Thu: £200 for 1.5 hours or £250 for 2 hours. Fri–Sun: £250 for 1.5 hours or £300 for 2 hours. Prices are for the party, for up to 10 players. Extra travel may apply.
Where do you travel?
The first 30 driving miles from TN38 9HJ are included. Above 30 and up to 50 miles, travel is £2.50 per started mile. Longer journeys need a personal quote. Your exact postcode determines the driving distance. Arrange safe, legal parking and suitable access.
How does the deposit work?
The deposit is 50% of the full confirmed total, including travel. The balance is due before the party starts.
What if I need to change or cancel my booking?

What parking do we need?
Please arrange safe, legal parking with suitable access for the van. Discuss the location with the team before booking if space or access is limited.

Please discuss individual accessibility and support needs before booking so the team can explain what arrangements are possible for your group.
Is my preferred date available?
Check your postcode, date and session to see live prices and available starts. A quote does not reserve a time. Your booking is confirmed when we accept it and send confirmation after verified deposit payment.
Can I book for a school, wedding or other event?
Yes, ask the team about your event, venue, timings and group. Schools, PTA days, weddings, corporate events and community celebrations may need individual arrangements and a personal quote.
