Who is responsible

Game On Mobile Gaming is responsible for the personal information used to manage your booking. Contact gameonmobilegaming@outlook.com or 07950 834944, including for privacy questions or requests. This notice covers our booking service.

Information we use

We collect the booking contact's full name, email, phone number, party address and postcode, chosen date and time, duration, booking reference, prices, payment status, record of the terms accepted and any optional marketing choices, including when and how you made them. You provide the booking details; Stripe provides payment status and references. Our booking application does not receive or store your full card number or security code. Please provide an adult booking contact's details; the form does not need children's names or dates of birth.

Why we use it

We use your details to quote, calculate travel and availability, arrange the party, process the deposit and send booking messages. Our basis is taking steps at your request before a contract and performing that contract. We retain necessary accounting information to meet legal obligations. We also use relevant records for our legitimate interests in preventing fraud, keeping the service secure and resolving disputes, while considering your rights. Required booking information is needed to provide the service. Marketing is optional and is explained separately below.

Optional offers and party news

If you choose to opt in, we use your name and the email address or phone number for your selected channels to send mobile gaming party offers, availability and party news. We rely on your consent and offer separate, unticked choices for email, SMS and WhatsApp. You can book without agreeing to any marketing. We record your choices, the wording shown and the time you consented. We do not use your party address or children's details for these campaigns, or share your details for other businesses' own marketing.You can withdraw consent at any time using the opt-out in a marketing message, by replying to the message, or by emailing gameonmobilegaming@outlook.com. Every marketing message will identify Game On Mobile Gaming and include a clear way to stop messages for that channel. This does not stop necessary messages about your booking. Booking consent does not cover promotional photographs or videos.

Service providers

The website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites using Cloudflare. Wix manages the domain. Google provides the booking application, private booking records, calendar, routing and confirmation email service. Stripe processes payments and provides payment confirmations. Route addresses or postcodes are sent to Google to calculate distance and travel time. We share information with these providers as necessary to run the booking service, and with authorities or professional advisers when required by law or necessary for a dispute.Some providers may process information outside the UK. How long we keep it

We keep necessary financial and supporting booking records for six years after the end of the relevant financial year to which they relate, or longer where a legal requirement or unresolved dispute makes this necessary. Marketing contact details are used only while we have current consent and are reviewed regularly. If you opt out, we stop using them for marketing and keep only the minimum suppression record needed to respect your choice. Consent evidence is retained only as long as needed to demonstrate compliance or deal with a complaint. Other contact and operational details are reviewed and deleted or anonymised when no longer needed. Access to booking records is restricted to people who need them to operate the service.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. THIS WEBSITE AND PIXEL

Your motion preference is stored on this device. The website uses self-hosted fonts. Optional advertising measurement is explained below; booking works without it. Contact links open your phone, email or WhatsApp app; nothing is sent until you choose to send it there.

Pixel’s guided quick help runs in your browser. Turning on AI chat sends your questions, recent conversation, current page and supplied party selections to our server and OpenAI to generate replies. This website does not save chat transcripts. OpenAI may retain abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days; API data is not used for model training by default. Do not enter sensitive information, card details or children’s personal details in chat. You can switch back to quick help at any time. Temporary usage counts and a rotating hashed connection identifier help prevent abuse and control costs.

Before a live price check, your postcode is checked with Postcodes.io. Your postcode, date and session are then sent to the Google booking service to calculate road distance, price and available starts. A check does not reserve a time or take payment. Opening secure booking uses the Google booking form and Stripe payment service. Review your details and terms there before paying. A booking is confirmed only after payment is verified and the booking service accepts it.

OPTIONAL AD MEASUREMENT

If you choose “Allow ad measurement”, we can use Meta’s Conversions API to measure page visits, checkout starts and confirmed deposits from our Facebook and Instagram ads. This is optional and relies on your consent. Rejecting it does not affect prices, availability or booking. Use “Cookie choices” in the footer at any time to withdraw consent.

When the connection is active and you have allowed measurement, our server sends Meta the event type and time, a page address without its query string, your browser information and IP address, and random browser or ad-click identifiers. For a confirmed booking, it also sends the deposit amount in GBP and a one-way event identifier to avoid duplicate counting. We do not send Meta your booking token, name, email, phone, party address, postcode, chat messages or children’s details through this integration. The booking service independently verifies the deposit and calendar reservation before a purchase event is sent.

Your choice is saved on this device for up to 180 days. Optional browser and click identifiers use the cookies gameon_fbp and gameon_fbc for up to 90 days. They are set only after you allow measurement and the connection is active. The gameon_ads_consent cookie records that permission. Withdrawing permission stops future events and removes these cookies; it does not remove events already received by Meta. Temporary rate-limit counts and one-way event identifiers are kept for up to seven days to prevent abuse and duplicate events. THE HOME SCREEN APP

You can install Game On from your browser. Your device keeps the app icon and a small offline help screen. Live availability, quotes, chat requests, booking details and payment pages are not saved by the app’s offline feature. Installation does not enable analytics or notifications. You can remove the app through your device settings.
